My Personal Jesus Revolution
February 1969 was just like any February in my life up to now, at least that is what I thought. I was a freshman in high school and I found myself on a Young Life retreat at a Salvation Army Youth camp in southern Ohio. Also, I went every Thursday morning to Teen Breakfast Club, a youth outreach ministry of College Hill Presbyterian Church.

February 18th was Transfiguration Sunday. Matthew, in chapter 17 verses 1 through 13 tells the story of Jesus on a mountaintop being transfigured. Transfigured means transforming into something more beautiful or elevated. Jesus took Peter, James, and John, and led them up to a high mountain to be by themselves.
