Inductive Bible Study on Mark 2:1-12
An inductive Bible study focuses on observing the text, interpreting its meaning, and applying its lessons to our lives. So open your Bible, and let's dig into Mark 2:1-12 and see what Jesus is teaching us.

Bible Study: Luke 4:14-21
This Bible Study is useful for preparation for Sunday, January 26th, for the lectionary reading on Luke 4:14-21.

Steadfast Perseverance
“Brothers and sisters, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy” – James 5:10-11 (NIV)

Power in the Name of Jesus
Acts chapter two is perhaps a “typical” day for Peter and John. They went to the Temple to pray as most People of the Way did, I mean, after all, they still were Jews. Then things changed. they met a lame beggar man and Peter sensed the leading of the Holy Spirit to heal this man who had been lame his whole life. Little did he know that this healing in Jesus' name would be so controversial later that day.

Reading the Bible in Year
How many of you have read the entire Bible? How many of you have read it in a year? My son’s family in Penang Malaysia and his daughter here in the States along with Grandma and Grandpa are about halfway through reading the Bible in a year.
